The second Fleur de Loire restaurant is called “Amour Blanc” in homage to the eponymous freshwater fish, which will complement the “Christophe Hay” restaurant in the main building. An ode to the eponymous carp, Amour Blanc is a multi-faceted restaurant imagined by chef Christophe Hay. Combining gastronomy, sharing and conviviality, Amour Blanc is a place open to all, a prelude to the Fleur de Loire experience.
